GTA 5 Physics and Destruction

Rockstar has a lot to live up to because Grand Theft Auto 4 had a great deal of realism amongst other aspects so these will have to be improved on, which means that we should expect Grand Theft Auto 5 to improve not only its physics but destruction, as we know that feature was also pretty realistic in the previous game.
You could take five fans of GTA and ask them what they would like to see brought into the next game and chances are they would offer up different answers, but we bet they would like to see more realism added. An article here has included a scenario that we feel best describes this, suggesting that if you hit a passerby then the police will come to the scene of the crime and then create a perimeter rather than just Rockstar allowing people to hit each other without fear of being arrested if they were not around when you attacked the member of public.
There are also a number of other situations that happens in real life that could make it to the game, such as heists and motor accidents, if this were to happen then it would move the franchise up another level. Moving back to the destruction side of things, it’s obvious that it will not be on the level of Battlefield 3 but it would be nice if Rockstar made a few tweaks, although we don’t expect this to happen because it needs a much better engine than the one it will have.
Some fans of the franchise will argue that a destructible environment is impossible to achieve with GTA 5, but there could be a way for this to work if you are prepared for a compromise. That compromise would be that the damaged area would repair itself after a while, then again it’s still a big ask to have a fully destructible environment in an open world game.
While Rockstar needs to make these improvements they should remember that they are limited by the hardware in the Xbox 360 and the PS3, so they just need to make some improvements and then do what has been missing from the franchise for so long, and that’s to make it fun again. We say this because some gamers are now finding Saints Row is the better option for them because of how you are able to customize so many things within the game, along with the weird and wacky things that happen as well.
